QwirkyGear is a spiritwear design company whose primary mission is to provide as many schools as possible with an ongoing source of fundraising income that they can use to further their own unique education goals.

We accomplish this in 3 ways:

• First, we provide to any school, regardless of size, their own QwirkyGear Spiritstore FREE of charge.

• Second, we fill each store with high quality t-shirts, sweatshirts and merchandise emblazened with designs and patterns that break from the traditional spiritwear world of boring block letters. We focus on designs that motivate while bringing people together. We also emphasize all types of groups within the school. From team sports, to groups and clubs, to teachers and alumni, everybody is included.

• Finally, we provide access to customized resources to support the fundraising process. This includes:

  • Custom ad graphics and copy featuring each design to increase sales.
  • Copy and paste code for adding ads to your website or social media to make it easy for administrators.
  • Custom Group challenge capability get the competitive juices flowing between classes or groups
  • Progress charts for motivating the team.
  • Sales reports for guiding administrators
  • Selling tips and tricks for everyone.

How much does it cost to setup our QwirkyGear Spiritstore?

You simply provide the information required to create your designs and an address so we know where to send your checks and we create your store. Your store will be available immediately and designs will begin showing up in your store over the next 12-24 hours.

How much can my school make with a QwirkyGear Spiritstore?

It's totally up to you. Our QwirkyGear Spiritstores return a 20% commission, based on percentage of sale price, directly back to the school.

How does a school create a FREE QwirkyGear Spiritstore?

First, search HERE to make sure there isn't an EXISTING QwirkyGear Spiritstore for your school that just needs activating.

If your school doesn't exist then setup is easy. You simply submit a short registration form and your free online store will be ready for sales. Once your QwirkyGear Spiritstore is built you can add a link to your store on your website and social networks. Visit HERE to begin the Registration Process.

How does a school activate an EXISTING QwirkyGear SpiritsStore?

Simply navigate to your existing inactive QwirkyGear Spiritstore and follow the "Get Started for FREE!" button at the bottom of each page and fill in the form or send an email to QwirkyGear at Scott@QwirkyGear.com indicating that you would like your store activated. Please remember to mention the address of the store.

Upon activation QwirkyGear will send the primary contact marketing support materials, a website link, and best practices to promote awareness.

What steps should we take to make sure our school is maximizing our revenue opportunity with our new QwirkyGear Spiritstore?

Communication is the most important aspect of any fundraising project and your QwirkyGear Spiritstore is no exception. Doing that through multiple channels is crucial. With that in mind, QwirkyGear provides to you, FREE of charge, the resources you need to make communicating the various aspects of your fundraiser super easy. These resources and instructions can be found on the Resources page of your QwirkyGear Spiritstore.

My school is small and has a limited fan base. Do I need this?

Your school's overall community may be small in number but they will still be willing to support your school with each purchase they make. over time it will add up.

What is your return policy?

Because all QwirkyGear products are customized items created on-demand, we do not accept returns for products ordered through the website. However we do allow limited returns for product quality issues. Please send a message HERE.

When will my order be shipped?

We begin processing your order immediately. We aim to have the order shipped within 5 business days from the time of order. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. If there is an out of stock or back-ordered item, we will notify you ASAP with all details in case you need to make a change to your order.

Why do some items cost more than others?

The primary reason for different item costs results from apparel content, fabric weights, and apparel manufacturing process.

What forms of payment can I use?

QwirkyGear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, ELO, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

When is my credit card charged?

All products are custom produced, so QwirkyGear charges your credit card once the order is placed.

Is it safe to use a credit card online in a QwirkyGear Store?

Absolutely, yes. QwirkyGear uses the latest secure server software (SSL) that encrypts all payment information. Additionally, payment information is never stored or archived, it is only used through a national payment processor.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in Indiana.

Do you offer bulk orders?

There is no limit on the size of any order. However, at this time we do not offer bulk discounts on larger orders.

How do we get paid from our online store sales?

When you register and create your online store you will include your payee contact information. The method for receiving commission payments from QwirkyGear is by check. You can track all your sales once you create your FREE QwirkyGear Spiritstore!

Are there any minimum order requirements?

There are no minimum order requirements and no maximum order requirements! You can order one item or a thousand. The choice is yours!

Do we have to carry inventory or sell any products ourselves?

No! managing old inventory and dealing with old items is a thing of the past. We handle the blank merchandise inventory and create each order with your design on demand. All your online store sales are sent to us online and we process every order. We truly do all the work!

How do we place an order?

Once you create your FREE QwirkyGear Spiritstore, you simply visit your store and select your items. Go to checkout and pay for your products and once we receive your order we will ship directly to the shipping address provided at the time of your order.

How do we track our sales?

Once you create your FREE QwirkyGear Spiritstore you will be given administrative access to all your orders from your account dashboard. You will be able to track every order and your profit share.
